Download Pinterest Videos on iPhone
Save any public Pinterest video as MP4 on your iPhone or iPad in three taps — free, no watermark, no app from the App Store.
Works with public pins only. Only download content you own or have permission to use.
iOS makes downloading videos trickier than Android: Safari can't save media long-press style the way desktop browsers do, and the Pinterest app has no download button at all. This guide walks you through the fastest route — a browser-based downloader that saves the file straight to the Files app.
How it works
- 1
Copy the pin link
Open the video in the Pinterest app or Safari, tap the Share icon, then tap Copy link. Both pinterest.com URLs and pin.it short links work.
- 2
Paste it into PinSave
Open pinsave.app in Safari, paste the link into the box and tap Get MP4. The video preview appears in a few seconds.
- 3
Download to Files
Tap Download MP4. Safari saves the file to Downloads in the Files app (or asks where to keep it). From there you can share it, edit it or move it to Photos.
