Terms of Service — Rules for Using the PinSave Downloader
The terms that govern your use of PinSave, the free Pinterest video and image downloader: acceptable use, copyright, disclaimers, and service changes.
Last updated: 2026-09-03
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PinSave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What PinSave Is
PinSave is a free tool that helps you download videos and images from public Pinterest pins by pasting a link. The service is provided "as is" and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.
Not Affiliated with Pinterest
PinSave is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a trademark of its respective owner. All Pinterest content, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PinSave only for lawful purposes and to respect the rights of others. In particular, you must not:
- Download or redistribute content in violation of copyright or the rights of the content owner.
- Use the service to infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or automate requests in a way that overloads our infrastructure or bypasses fair-use limits.
- Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You are responsible for complying with Pinterest's own terms of service and with applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
PinSave is a download tool, not a hosting service — we do not store the files you download. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized on their behalf) and believe a Pin accessible through PinSave infringes your rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@pinsave.app. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will expeditiously disable access to the identified Pin by removing it from our resolution cache and blocking further resolution of that Pin id, typically within 72 hours. Repeat infringers may be blocked. Our full process, including what a valid notice must contain and how to file a counter-notice, is in our DMCA Policy.
Intellectual Property
The PinSave website, code, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Pinterest pins, videos, and images remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers
PinSave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that a specific pin can be downloaded (for example, private or login-protected pins may not be accessible). We are not responsible for the content you choose to download or how you use it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
We may block or restrict access for any user who abuses the service or violates these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "updated" date at the top of this page.
