Get in touch
PinSave is run by a small team, but we read every message. Use the channel that fits your request best — it helps us route it to the right person faster.
- General support & questions: support@pinsave.app
- Copyright / DMCA takedown requests: dmca@pinsave.app
- Press & partnerships: partners@pinsave.app
If email isn't your thing, you can also open an issue on our public repository or reach us through the social links in the site footer.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the pages themselves. Quick checks that save you a round-trip:
- A download failed or hung. Pinterest sometimes blocks a link, or the Pin was deleted/made private. Try a different public Pin first. If it fails consistently, tell us the link and your device/browser.
- "The quality is lower than expected." We always request the highest version Pinterest stored. If a Pin was uploaded at low resolution, that's the source limit — there's no upscaling on our side.
- "I don't see a download button." There isn't one to install — paste the Pin's share link into the box on the homepage and press the button there.
For copyright holders (DMCA)
We take takedown requests seriously and act quickly. To process a DMCA request efficiently, please include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is affected.
- The specific Pinterest URL(s) or pin.it link(s) involved.
- Your contact information (name, email, and, if you're acting for a client, your relationship to the rights holder).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
- A physical or electronic signature.
Send it to dmca@pinsave.app. We'll review, remove the link if valid, and respond to confirm. False or bad-faith takedowns can themselves carry liability, so please only file if you're the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
What we'll never ask for
PinSave has no accounts, so we will never ask for your password, and we don't need your Pinterest login. Any message claiming to be from us that asks for credentials is not us — don't reply to it.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge most messages within 1–2 business days and resolve support issues within a few days. DMCA requests are prioritized and typically handled within 24–48 hours of a complete notice.
We can't promise to build every feature request, but we do read them — and several improvements on the site started as user emails.
